Opsytec UV Meter Curelog Series

Opsytec UV Meter Curelog Series

SKU:512228-B

Type

Optimize UV curing, disinfection, and quality control with Opsytec’s Curelog family. This combined page presents Curelog Base (entry-level, mobile) and Curelog Advanced Series (advanced with data logging, multi‑spectral capability, and ONE / LED / PRO versions). Select the model that fits your application: quick measurement without logging (Curelog Base) or deep process analysis with up to 2000 Hz sampling and up to 180 hours of recording (Curelog Advanced Series).

Curelog Base is a compact UV dosimeter designed for peak irradiance and UV dose measurements. Intended for quick tasks in lab or production environments, it offers professional UV measurement in a slim, lightweight aluminum body. No onboard data logging is included.

Curelog Advanced Series is a multi‑range UV radiometer with onboard data logging and highly configurable sampling. Designed for UV curing, disinfection/sterilization, and lithographic applications, it supports 1–2000 Hz sampling and 5 minutes to 180 hours of recording. Multiple UV ranges (up to 4 simultaneously, depending on version) allow detection of critical profile changes, reflector contamination, and intensity shifts. With Curelog DOCK, peak irradiance and dose output can be transmitted to a PLC for automated pass/fail control. Full analysis is done through the PC software.

Curelog Series uses radiometric (filtered‑photodiode) measurement, not spectral analysis. For full spectral characterization, Opsytec recommends UVpad spectroradiometers.

Curelog Base

  • Measures peak irradiance and UV dose
  • Mobile, simple operation

Curelog Advanced Series

  • Data logging up to 2000 Hz
  • Recording up to 180 h
  • Measures up to four spectral ranges (depending on version)
  • Compatible with Curelog DOCK for PLC integration (RS485/RS232)
  • PC software for analysis, comparison and export
  • Versions: Curelog ONE – One spectral range / Curelog LED – Optimized for 365, 385, 395, 405 & 450 nm (also measures UV) / Curelog PRO – Measures UVA, UVB, UVC, VISB (CIE classification)

Both variants display peak irradiance and UV dose on screen.
