Customer service is awesome. My first order i had a defective bulb. I called customer service the young lady listened and immediately ordered a replacement. Received my new bulb in no time. Plugged it in and it worked fine. Thanks for everything!

I called to confirm I was ordering the correct bulb. Customer service was great and received order promptly.

When I plugged in my bulb (first time I've changed the bulb since the HVAC company installed it), it flashed and burned out immediately. I thought I must have done something wrong, and took no action for a few weeks, being distracted as we all do on occasion. I then received an email from cureuv.com asking about my experience. I answered, simply explaining that I wasn't sure what to do. A couple weeks later I was surprised to find a replacement bulb in my mailbox. I didn't complain. I simply responded to their inquiry, and they replaced the bulb, with no other questions asked! How cool is that!
