Tri-Grip® MD Reusable Earplugs are designed for environments where both high-level hearing protection and metal detectability are required. Ideal for food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and other controlled industrial settings, these earplugs combine the trusted Tri-Grip design with reliable detection capabilities to support safety and compliance programs.

Tri-Grip® MD features the popular, patented Tri-Grip design enhanced with industry-standard metal detectability. Each earplug includes a metal insert, paired with a metal-detectable cord, allowing for reliable detection in sensitive production environments. Independently tested to a 27 NRR, Tri-Grip MD delivers the highest third-party tested rating available for reusable earplugs. The three-sided stem enables hygienic, controlled insertion without rolling, while soft, curved flanges conform naturally to the ear canal for extended comfort. Each unit is supplied as a pack of 10 earplugs. A smaller-size version is also available for users requiring a reduced fit. All Tri-Grip® MD earplugs are Made in the USA.
