Ultravation - UltraMax AS-IH-1001 UV Light Bulb is 100% compatible with germicidal OEM Air sterilization filters, UV sanitizers and air purifiers. This lamp also uses UV-C light to inactivate and kill bacteria, molds, protozoa, viruses and yeasts. This replacement germicidal bulb has a 4 pin base that is used for air purification. The fixture is high quality with a long lifespan and low mercury dosage to meet environmental demands.

This ultraviolet purification lamp is instant starting and utilizes a coil filament, which operates hot. The UV lamp life is governed by the life of the electrodes and is affected by the frequency of starting. This germicidal lamp is well-suited for the following applications that require UV-C intensity:

    • Is this bulb AS-IH 1001 manufactured by Ultravation or is this a replacement made by a different company?

      Hello Fred, our AS-IH-1001 UV bulb is the 100% compatible replacement for use with Ultravation UltraMAX systems. Every bulb has a pro-rated lifespan of up to 10,000 hours or one year and provides the same performance as the original Ultravation bulb.

    • what is the diameter of your replacement AS-IH-1001 bulb? I ordered a non ultravation brand before and it was a bit wider than original and would not fit into the hole. Thanks

      The lamp quartz tube diameter is 22mm.
