The lamp has a diameter of 19 mm and an average life of 10,000 hours. The low pressure mercury air lamps emit short wavelength of 254nm. This wavelength is highly effective at inactivating microorganisms such as bacteria, virus, protozoa, yeast and more. The 40 watts fixture comes with a long lifespan and has low mercury dosage to meet the demands of the environment.
